- The Platecoil static melt crystallizer performs stepwise purification by crystallizing static molten mixtures on the cooling wall surface of Platecoil. This process ultimately purifies one or more target components from the mixture. Since no solvent is used during crystallization and separation, it is designated as the solvent-free crystallizer. The Platecoil static melt crystallizer innovatively employs Platecoil as heat transfer elements, inherently possessing advantages unavailable in conventional separation technologies.
- Feed the liquid mixture into the equipment. The material remains static without flowing, and gradually crystallizes and solidifies when contacting the cooling surface of the built-in Platecoil.
